We just had our Electric restored today, after several days with out power. A heavy snow fell here in the mountains & wreaked havoc on our trees, power poles & lines. I am a modern gal & love the luxuries that electricity provides! (lights, heat & hot water!) Thanks to all the linemen who worked in horrid weather to get us back to sweet electrical bliss.
Here are a few of my Holiday pics from this Christmas Season. Hope yours is Merry & Bright! See you in the New Year!
Grandson Wyatt went with us to the Bush Bros Christmas Celebration for the kids & grandkids of their employees.
He met the Company Macsot "Beanman" who was decked out for the holidays...
He posed for a pic with "Pop-Pop" on the Famous Flying Pig featured in one of Bush Bros many commercials that also starred Duke & Jay.
Then he visited with Santa while Duke sat nearby.
The Shadrack's Dancing Lights Show was really kewl!
Lights at the Bass Pro Shop...
Son Brad & Grandson Reece in front of the huge fireplace at Bass Pro Shop...
Reece liked the BIG Snowmen there...
Both Wyatt & Reece told Santa what they wanted for Christmas...
Then they went & picked out their favorite colored 4 wheelers so Santa would know which one to bring...(Ho Ho Ho!)
Some pics of decorations in my home. The Tree & my favorite gift is already under it! (Phil of course!) The Huge "Happy Holidays" sign is from Pam & Chuck Ludwig of Goldieloo Woodworks...
A few of my favorite decorations...Vintage Tins, scales & holiday goodies, tucked here & there...
A Rustic Snowman & a Goldieloo Woodworks "Snowman Cafe" Sign from my girl Pam Ludwig...
My Gorgeous Snow Doll from Miss Kitty of Ragpatch Primitives!
A Wonderful Primitive Stick Reindeer from my pal Cookie of Curds & Whey...
One of the only pieces of my work that I have ever kept...My "Phil Pull Toy" stands atop my kitchen cabinets along with vintage tin canisters, cedar boughs & a fave Prim Snowman from Rebecca's Thyme...
One of my Most Favorite Snowmen is this Sweet Fella from my long time friend, the Very Talented Patty Kelly of Dogpatch Primitives...
A Wonderful Santa Claus painting that was done by a Friend who passed away a few years ago. He loved Christmas so very much & he asked that this painting be given to me after he passed. I put it up each year & remember my friend who loved Christmas...
Blessings to you & yours & a Very Merry Christmas from the Briar Rabbit & Family.
